CANBERRA March 3 (Reuters) - Australia's December growth data provie a solid base for a broad economic recovery, Treasurer Wayne Swan said on Wednesday. Australia's economy grew by a brisk 0.9 percent last quarter as government pump priming, business spending and household consumption offset a drag from trade, lifting annual growth to 2.7 percent from 0.9 percent the previous quarter.
